Your campaign in a few steps
The calculator guides you through the important decisions. Afterwards, you can request a quote or submit the order directly for review.
1. Choose delivery and recipients
For advertising or information flyers, select an area and audience. For postcards, selfmailers or letters, enter the recipient count from your address list, starting at 350 items.
2. Choose format and printing
The available formats and paper weights depend on the product. Choose with or without printing and see the total for your selection.
3. Choose the delivery date
Select express, as soon as possible or a delivery date. The calendar then shows the planned delivery window.
4. Send an enquiry or order
Add your contact details and request a quote or place an order. Print files are optional; the address list and production approval are agreed afterwards.
Prices by audience and area
Costs depend on where and to whom your flyers are delivered. In the price overview you will find the main rates, and in the price calculator you can calculate the total price for your campaign. Base rates per 1,000 flyers, excluding printing and VAT. A quantity surcharge applies below 25,000 items.

Can I plan by location, postal code and canton
Yes. In the calculator, you choose locations, postal code areas or cantons and see directly how quantity and price change.
Are mailboxes marked "No advertising" respected
Yes. For commercial unaddressed shipments, mailboxes with "No advertising" stickers are respected according to the applicable rules.
Does FlyerMail offer printing and delivery as one service
Yes. On request, we handle flyer printing, preparation and handover. You can also deliver your own printed material.
Can I request a quote without a finished print file?
Yes. You can send an enquiry without an attachment. Start with quantity, format, recipients and timing; print files and other documents can be agreed afterwards.
Can I use my own mailing list?
Yes. You use your own Swiss mailing list and enter the recipient count in the calculator. Neither the address list nor finished print files are required for an initial quote request. Before production, we agree the complete recipient addresses, suitable print files for the selected product, the list format and the transfer method with you.
Can addressed mailings also be sent as B Mail
Yes. Depending on volume, format and date, we plan suitable delivery options such as addressed B Mail campaigns.
