This privacy policy applies to the use of flyermail.ch, contact, quote and order forms, and communication by email or phone.

We process data that you voluntarily provide to us, for example name, company, email address, phone number, address, region, message, quote details, order details and information about your advertising mailing.

When you visit the website, technically necessary access data may be processed, for example IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser, device, operating system, referrer and server logs.

We use personal data to provide the website, answer enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, prevent abuse, ensure technical security and comply with legal obligations.

Form data is used only to process your enquiry, quote, order or cooperation with us.

We use the Google Tag for Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 to evaluate website visits, campaign performance and form conversions. Identifiers used: Google Ads AW-18173989060 and Google Analytics G-N6VNESQQS2.

The website uses Consent Mode v2. By default, ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are set to denied. Without Google Ads permission, limited measurement signals are sent to Google without advertising cookies; Google data redaction removes advertising click identifiers. Google Analytics is activated only after your permission. Services you allow may use cookies for statistics and ad attribution. Successful form submissions and clicks on telephone and email links are measured separately. A click does not confirm an actual call or email. These events do not transmit form contents, names, email addresses or telephone numbers.

You can reopen and change your choice at any time via https://flyermail.ch/en?cookie-settings=1 or via the Cookie settings link in the footer. Your choice, including rejection, is stored in your browser for up to 365 days. If persistent storage is unavailable, it applies to the session where technically possible. We ask again after expiry or deletion of browser storage.

We may use service providers for hosting, technical infrastructure, email delivery, analytics and advertising. This includes Vercel for technical delivery and Google Ireland Limited with affiliated Google companies for Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Data may be processed in Switzerland, the EU and the United States. Where required, we rely on suitable safeguards such as recognised standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, to comply with legal retention duties or to preserve legitimate claims.

Enquiry, quote and order data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.

Within the limits of applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, release or transfer of your data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent for the future.
